What's New. Dianne Post has been admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of the United States effective 19 April 2010. On 31 March 2010, the Human Rights Advisory Panel (HRAP) in Kosovo reversed its 8 June 2009 decision on admissibility of N.M. and others v. UNMIK and held the complaint inadmissible. After the complaint was found admissible, UNMIK made a new rule in October 2009 that the HRAP could not hear cases that were or COULD BE heard in New York, virtually tossing out any claim. The Panel regretfully determined it had to abide by the new rule regardless of its opinion on the legality of it and dismissed the case. Once again the UN has made it clear that it intends to be bound by no rules, including its own, and answerable to no one. It continues to violate the law with impunity. Please go to www.toxicwastekills.com and see how you can help in reversing the tragic harm that continues to be inflicted on the Roma IDPs of Kosovo.
